Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://ipayr.com, applying for a license, or using any iPayr systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use iPayr services.
Section 2 — Nature of Services
iPayr licenses access to proprietary automation systems. iPayr does not sell source code, provide financial advice, act as an investment advisor, or guarantee financial outcomes.
Section 3 — Licensed Access (Not Ownership)
Licenses grant limited, non-transferable access to iPayr systems during the license term. Users do not receive ownership, intellectual property rights, or source code access. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or replication is strictly prohibited.
Section 4 — User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining control over their exchange accounts, API keys, and configuration settings. Users must comply with applicable laws and exchange policies.
Section 5 — Fees and Payments
License fees are due in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to renew may result in termination of access.
Section 6 — No Guarantees & Risk Disclosure
All market activity involves risk. iPayr does not guarantee profitability or specific results. Users assume full responsibility for financial decisions and outcomes.
Section 7 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iPayr is not liable for loss of capital, lost profits, indirect damages, exchange failures, or third-party disruptions. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Section 8 — Intellectual Property
All systems, branding, algorithms, documentation, and content are exclusive property of iPayr. Unauthorized use may result in legal enforcement.
Section 9 — Termination
iPayr may suspend or terminate licenses for violations of these Terms. Termination may occur without refund where permitted by law.
Section 10 — Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration prior to litigation. Users waive class-action participation rights.
Section 11 — GDPR Addendum (EU Users)
For users located in the European Union:
iPayr processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Lawful Basis for Processing:
- Contract performance
- Legitimate business interests
- Legal compliance
Data Subject Rights:
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data.
Data Transfers:
Data may be transferred outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.
Data Retention:
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for licensing and legal compliance.
